The David J. Joseph Company Selects KMI EHS Software Suite

The David J. Joseph Company (DJJ), a world leader in scrap processing and trading, has selected the KMI EHS Software Suite for corporate-wide implementation.

DJJ selected the Knowledge Management Innovations EHS Suite to help track critical business requirements. This system will simplify the data management aspects of environmental compliance as well as provide a platform for work flow management for both its environmental and safety departments.

According to Matt Airhart, Director of Business Development at KMI, "We are pleased to add one of the leading U.S. scrap companies to the growing number of organizations that trust KMI as their long–term, provider of EHS information management systems (EMIS). The David J. Joseph Company is getting a turnkey solution that not only supports real time risk visibility across the organization, but also acts as a simple platform for pushing consistent corporate safety and environmental stewardship standards.”

The KMI EHS Software Suite is being implemented by an integrated team comprised of KMI project management and system integration professionals along with DJJ’s safety and environmental staff and IT support. DJJ anticipates initial release of the system fall 2009.
