| P&H Mining Equipment, Inc. will be presenting their global Incident Management and Audit & Inspection Systems to a peer group at the semi-annual National Association of EHS Managers (NAEM) Environmental, Health and Safety Management Information Systems (EMIS) Workshop on March 7-8 in Atlanta, GA. The system is a multi-lingual, web-based application from Knowledge Management Innovations, Ltd. (KMI).
The workshop, an EHS management peer group best practices learning opportunity, includes the direct demonstration of over a dozen real life EMIS data and workflow management solutions. Ted Leamen, Director of Global Environment, Health and Safety, will be presenting for P&H. He will be joined by Tom Winter, P&H’s Corporate IT Applications Manager and supported by Laura Murphy, Director of Operations for KMI and the implementation project manager for P&H’s system.
The presentation will include a live demonstration of the Incident Management System including corrective actions, root cause analysis, cost tracking, OSHA reporting and rollup statistical reporting along with auditing and behavioral based safety observations. As part of the presentation, related topics of interest such as multi-lingual interfaces, integration with SAP data, and automatic creation of quarterly and annual company safety performance reports will be discussed and demonstrated in depth.
